I did this little doodle on the left and got super excited, finally, a cathartic piece to release stress! Then I looked at the back and it has that fist piece I started. GOD.FUCKING.DAMNIT.  Sassy sunset throwing shade at the clouds over Mt. hood but Rainer is as clear as ever! I like this piece the more I look at it and it has really lifted my spirits the past couple days. I didn't mean to make the face so sassy, the random, not-baby's breath, baby's breath with the blues gives this an underwater feel. Neat. CASCADIA!
 I spent the artwalk finishing up this piece at the Box House for the Drawnk show at True Love Gallery next week. Wonders of wonders someone liked it that night and took it home :) So I won't have a piece at the group show, but this was my piece for it. As you know, I'm not much of a painter but I put a glossy varnish on this and it immediately came together! The colors became more vivid and contrasting, I guess that's probably obvious knowledge for anyone one that paints but it really blew me away! The pic is a bit blurry and the oranges/reds are muddied but you get the idea. Yeeeeee Eep! Been awhile. Here's some immediate events to check out:
