So I have 3 large colored pencil pieces up at ECigExpress in Pioneer Square. They've got lots of fun art up, so I recommend checking them out. Plus, I'm selling the pieces up for cheap! It's on the corner of 1st S and Washington next to the crystal shop (Agate Designs)! When I got to Pioneer Square, it's mostly to go to the crystal shop, so check that out and see the art next door! :)

New drawing! The coloring is a little off, it's much more difficult to read in real life. The orange is brighter and seems to glow and the pink is pinker. Eh, trying out my new camera, which is a simple Canon Powershot. I will get a DSLR one of these days. . .
Hello hello! My art will be up at the Ballard art walk tomorrow, Feb. 8th and Market Street Shoes! 2232 NW Market St. 6pm-8pm. There will be chocolate and shoes and art and me!
Yes, I am working on a new series! It's big and very similar but very different from what I've been doing. So I'm pretty excited. And the art house idea is coming along, which I am even more excited for!! Just a quick note today, that's all I got to say. See you! -Erin I did this logo for The Vanbuskers a few weeks back. It's a new start-up, non-profit busking experiment, which actually encompasses so much more than busking. I hope to do a lot more and be more involved as the group picks up speed. They're looking for more people to be involved and spread the word, so I want to tell you a bit about the project.
What is it? An across the the country, on a solar/bio-fuel powered bus, music and art adventure! In each town they'll seek out the local street performers, interview and film them. The entire adventure will be made into a documentary on the busking culture. Which is an interesting sub-culture, worthy of a documentary. The vanbuskers will set up shows in each town, play for donations, whenever able, and volunteer along the way. A portion of the donations will go to local charities. It's an all around great project I'm very happy to be apart of. So check them out, say hello, spread the word! :) https://www.facebook.com/vanbusking.project There's WAY better and more information on the facebook page, so be sure to check it out! |
